Why join De-stress drawing and doodling?
Our everyday life can often seem difficult and bothered by thoughts, stresses and circumstances, and we try many ways to deal with this but found it a struggle. Making marks on paper is such a natural thing but when we have pressures about what to draw, which techniques, or focus hard on the result, we can’t enjoy the freedom of being immersed in the tranquility of the relaxing creative process.
You have plenty of freedom to do your own thing, or follow the theme of the session which is usually nature based and starts with some fun and soothing loosening up drawings.
Artist Blair Thomson will help you whenever you need practical tips about art materials, and will give fun demos and plenty of encouragement! Complete beginners to art or creative things are very welcome and supported. Please see some examples of De-stress drawing from our past workshops.
