The theme for September at our Kanji Club group was 時間 Jikan – Time ⌛ From telling the time ⌚ to counting time spent, current affairs etc, these are very handy characters to get to know.
We read and wrote these in Chinese characters and Japanese hiragana, and explored related vocab and kanji in the kanji quiz part of the group.
It was fun writing together! We also had time to explore the radicals of characters including 社 sha – shrine/company, 早 sou – fast, and 寺 tera – temple.
